ARIZONA MVD KNOWLEDGE TEST MODERNIZATION
Product Design
Objective:
Modernize the Arizona MVD Knowledge Test, improving the interface, functionality, and user experience.
Deliverable:
High fidelity prototype
Approach:
The business analyst on the project provided business requirements, as well as screenshots of the current design. I first made observations of the current design, identifying potential pain points and areas of improvements.
Using my observations, I started putting together low-fidelity wireframes. I presented these wireframes to the project team members and developers. The team worked to confirm the functionality of my design, and iterations were made based on the feedback.
Once the process, layouts, and navigation were defined through the low-fidelity wireframes, I transitioned to a high-fidelity prototype. This polished prototype was used to present to stakeholders, further refining the design though feedback from these presentations.
After continuing to iterate the designs after communication with project analysts, managers, developers, and stakeholders, the high-fidelity prototype was passed off to the developers.
